Revenue Lost from Existing Customers
This is the amount of recurring revenue you lose during the period from existing customers, either through cancellations or downgrades.
Total Revenue at the Start of the Period
This is the recurring revenue from existing customers at the beginning of the period (before any losses or expansions).
Gross Revenue Churn:
If your period is monthly, it means you're losing x% of revenue each month. If the period is annual, that's the revenue that you lose every year. This data tells you whether you're losing fewer high-value customers or more low AOV customers.
